The word "Aphrodisiac" comes, of course, from the word Aphrodite—the ancient Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and procreation. Aphrodisiacs as a food group are believed to have a magical, sensual quality that increases libido and are often called, "love drugs." This Valentine's Day, rather than spending $300 at a fancy restaurant, learn how to make your own 3-course meal all from ingredients designed to improve your love life. Bring your lover, bring your best friend, bring your Tinder date! This class is designed to be enjoyed by those in a relationship as well as those still looking and those independent creatures that wish to make romance their own.


For this class TRILUNA is joined by Chef Keshia Hay of Sip n' Bite Cocktail as we work our way through a common set of aphrodisiacs and create our very own candle lit dinner. You'll learn everything from the history of the food, to knife skills, to plating. This Valentine's Day take it to the next level and leave with knowledge that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to see you there!

*Saffron Risotto with umami vegetable medley (*asparagus, *artichoke hearts, *roasted garlic)
Option of *chili, *fig & *ginger glazed Shrimp


SALAD
Massaged *Kale with minced shallots, toasted *pine nuts with *honey & lavender balsamic vinaigrette, Option of crumbled goat cheese


DESSERT
Dark *Chocolate & *Rosewater mousse, *spiced *raspberry coulis, and *passion fruit whipped cream

Where is the workshop?

The class will be held at Elizabeth’s home in Bellevue. We will eat as we go and cozy up after class with a candle lit dessert. These classes are the most fun and we absolutely love doing them! We can’t wait to see you there.

Show Up & Grab A Drink!

Parking can be a little tricky so we recommend getting there early. There are 3 parking spots at the top of the hill, 2 at the little cabin on the way up to the to top and plenty down at the bottom. We recommend showing up a few min early if strenuous walking isn't your thing so you can park at the top. If you are youthful and full of vigor please consider parking at the bottom and walking up the hill.

Cooking Begins

We'll work our way through basic knife skills, a brief history of aphrodisiacs, how to use them, and what they are. Then hit the ground running as we prep our three courses, testing and eating as we go.

Sit Down Dessert!

It time to enjoy the fruits of our labor as we sit down for the final portion of our meal. We'll sip specialty cocktails designed by our master chef and polish off our desserts.

We'll say goodbye and send you off into the night to either enjoy the effects of the food or sleep it off (the choice is yours!). You'll leave with all the recipes and handouts your little hearts could desire.
